menus
I visit your house bi-weekly or monthly and prepare a personally
customized menu of gourmet packaged meals based on your needs and
the amount of people in your household. While cooking, I offer you
a small gourmet buffet made of cold & hot hors d'oeuvres and salads
for a maximum of 6 people.
All meals are wrapped, vacuum sealed and labeled before going into
your refrigerator or freezer. I will review with you my suggestions
for re-heating and a preferred order of consumption.
Most of the food is prepared from scratch, including stocks, sauces
and soup. I do not use MSG or other chemically derived food flavoring.
At every opportunity, I creatively incorporate leftover ingredients
into bonus (no charge) servings of stews, or items easily eaten
as lunch portions.
SERVICE FEE: $18-$30 Per Meal
(20 meal minimum, includes a selection of appetizers and desserts.
For under twenty meals please refer to my FAQ
page.)

market price.)
