The following dinner menus are just a sample of what is possible
with Plan A or Plan B of my Intimate Dining Service. I will work
with you to customize the menu to your individual taste.

- Smoked salmon canapés and warm individual quiche
- Caesar salad with fresh croutons, shaved parmesan cheese and
sundried tomatoes
- Oven roasted rack of lamb, rosemary jus, garlic confit and sauté
baby vegetables
- Fresh fruit tart with raspberry coulis and vanilla ice cream

- California roll and Sashimi roll with sweet pickled ginger &
wasabi paste
- Warm goat cheese cake , baby mixed lettuce, with orange reduction
vinaigrette
- Baked Nicoise sea bass cooked in white wine with Mediterranean
mirepoix, black mussels, sun-dried tomatoes, and black olives
- A taste of European cheeses
- Chocolate raspberry soufflé

- Warm asparagus wrapped in Prosciuto and minute polenta dip
- Tuna tartar timbale with wakame sea vegetable
- Quail salad with red and yellow beets, morel mushroom and mesculin
mix
- Grilled marinated filet of beef , chanterelle mushroom flan,
truffle Yukon gold mashed potatoes, sautéed baby vegetables
- Baked Roquefort cheese wrapped in phillo with walnut, apple
and balsamic reduction
- Crème brulee trio drizzled with fresh berry coulis
