The following dinner menus are just a sample of what is possible with Plan A or Plan B of my Intimate Dining Service. I will work with you to customize the menu to your individual taste.

  • Smoked salmon canapés and warm individual quiche
  • Caesar salad with fresh croutons, shaved parmesan cheese and sundried tomatoes
  • Oven roasted rack of lamb, rosemary jus, garlic confit and sauté baby vegetables
  • Fresh fruit tart with raspberry coulis and vanilla ice cream

  • Warm goat cheese cake , baby mixed lettuce, with orange reduction vinaigrette
  • Baked Nicoise sea bass cooked in white wine with Mediterranean mirepoix, black mussels, sun-dried tomatoes, and black olives
  • A taste of European cheeses
  • Chocolate raspberry soufflé

  • Grilled marinated filet of beef , chanterelle mushroom flan, truffle Yukon gold mashed potatoes, sautéed baby vegetables
  • Baked Roquefort cheese wrapped in phillo with walnut, apple and balsamic reduction
  • Crème brulee trio drizzled with fresh berry coulis
